Client belong to Land consultancy business for Large Corporates, they acquire large scare land
area for corporates with all government certification and approvals required. Major banks are
not funding on plot with no clear end use.
We cracked this deal and established structured justification with banker on his current business
grounds that client is having such business of land acquisition and succeed to convey and
Sanctioned this loan against plot with no clear end use.

Client was dealing in Jewelry and Branded watches business, having many stores all over
Ahmedabad with prime locations. He required structured working capital which included BG, TL
and CC with very low collateral. Client had already tried from his side for availing credit facility
